I’m 5′ 10″, and weigh about 120. I’d like to really build muscle, but have always found it hard to build noticable muscle. Most of all, I’d like to have strong arms. Any suggestions?
okay so i plan on joining the local YMCA and plan on going 1-3 times a week..wat are some good workouts i can do by myself to get quick results for abs, upper and lower body? I am a rather small person maybe 140 lbs and i just wanna build some body muscle.
