If you only did intense (emphasis on intense) body-weight workouts (pushups, squats, pullups, etc), jogging, and took muscle building supplements (not steroids, things like protein powder, ect), would I get stronger or not?
I take protein shake after my weight workouts and I used to shake it with water, but it taste awful, can I mix it into chocolate milk like DutchLady or Marigold chocolate milk?
Is the sugar in the chocolate milk detrimental to my muscle-building plan? Thanks.
