where can i find a good work out schedule that focuses on muscle building?

im looking for a work out routine i can use once a day or once every two days that doesnt require the use of any sort of weights but focuses more on sit ups, push-ups and those sorts of work outs. i want it to lean more towards muscle building as apposed to stamina. any help is appreciated.
