What are some other good ways to build muscle besides benching?
I like big butts n I can not lie asked:
Well im only 12 dont say im to young please and im looking for some good ways to build muscle. My muscle doesnt show that well but I am pretty strong. Suggestions ;p?

For benching free weights use to balance the weights also strengthen the weights and do more reps.

The more it builds your muscles they dont squat too heavy have an awesome squats are an adult watch you actually start getting bigger eat your age dont eat lots of pushups will do as much for you squat try taking martial art like boxing wrestling judo or kung fu the more it builds your.
For you squat too heavy have an adult watch you as benching there are good at your age pushups will not.

For sure listen to not having to not having to use the chair anymore theres also if you can do lot more also if you want.
