everyone’s body reacts differently to weightraining.
be diligent and work out properly using free weights. nothing comes easily so stick to it.

Push ups and sit ups, lots of dem!
Its what I do, you may want to do weights though if you really want to put on muscle.

well, to build the body you should work out every muscle in your body to be proportionate ( you don’t want to be hunched over from too much biceps) so if you’re new to working out then start doing some standard lifts bench press, shoulder press, pull ups, lat pull down, triceps extension, bicep curls, squats, when you work out try to only work out 1-2 muscles a day that way you can really focus on them and eventually when you’re at the gym long enough you’ll see people doing different lifts that you can try out.
