Is running counter-productive to upper body muscle building?

muscle building
iLoveLife惄 asked:

I want to get overall fit with and build muscle. Usually there are those who run, and those who lift weights. Is it counter-productive to go running to help get nice abs and to do some weightlifting too?
THANKS!

No, not really. I might make it hard to run if you actually do weights with your legs, but other than that no.
