How to lose weight without building muscle?

You cannot loose weight in one spot and not others, this is something that happens allover. You can try running, walking and swimming- but do not lift weights or you will gain muscle.

The same for months and it worked well good luck.
For months and fat in that try to eat at least 70 protein with some salad or little vegetable oh and it worked well good luck.

Try swimming and pilates which will encourage your muscles to become long and lean.
Eat lean protein and complex carbs and avoid sugar and white flour.
