approximately 2 grams per kilo of bodyweight to build muscle

For maximum benefit between 85gs and 20g per kg of body mass and 114gs over that would not go under that amount isnt really benefiting you anymore good luck.

eat about 1g per pound of body weight, you can go over that much a little bit but make sure you workout, if you dont all that protein will be stored in the kidneys and fat, so make sure you workout, heres my daily cycle, i baught me some whey protein shake mix and i drink a shke twice a day, once in the morning and after i workout at the end of the day, and plus extra protein i eat in my 2 meals a day, ive just started this cycle like a couple days ago and already seeing improvent…….
