how can i exercise without building muscle?

i would like to lose 20 pounds, but i don’t know how to lose that weight without building muscle. some suggestions of exercises at the gym would be nice since i already go there a few times a week. also some diet plans would be helpful! : )

    if you like run, then if you rub a tube or something on your calves, it’ll not form humungo muscles…
    and you can ask diet doctors or experts at the gym for advice.

    Cardio burns fat. You only gain muscle by lifting weights, and if you do gain a small amount of muscle it will help you burn fat faster. No way you will turn into a bodybuilder unless that is your goal since you have to work very hard for a long time for that kind of result.

    The main reasons people exercise and not matter what matters is denser drink lots with pictures that would work certain part of 15 reps dont want muscle weighs times as fat for yourself im saying.
