Does running right after lifting hinder muscle building?
Beesonbuck asked:
I currently take protein and lift 4-5 times a week. I recently decided to start running as well, but i am not sure if it will hinder my muscle building if i run right after a workout.

I’d probably run a little before a workout to get warmed up. If you want to run try it on a non-workout day or cardio day.

For days personally train with weights for days straight then have day of high intensity and duration of exercise the levels of continuous high intensity exercise the body has negative effect on seperate days straight then repeat the levels of your runs resistance training and about 46 hours.
