Can I use hardcore muscle building stack having blood pressure problems?

I’m trying to build some muscle I decided to use this product from musclebuilding.com
But my doctor told me not to take this stuff because the side effects. He did not say in specific not to take it because my blood pressure. So I just don’t know what to do, if take it or not. What you people think?

    If you have high blood pressure, do not take anything that can enhance muscle building. Just work out like a normal person. Even people with no health issues should not take things like that. I’m a doctor, don’t mess around with your health.
