I’ve been working out really hard this year and I’m skinny with a fast metabolism so I need to eat a lot of food. I generally eat 2-4 cheeseburgers with blue cheese per day, but that’s really my only unhealthy thing. Is there anything I can replace that with that would still build muscle?

I think it’s bad that people say that it takes such a long time to build up muscle because it really puts people off.

ok i got the whole eat more thing down..im not a very good eater..but i guess ill have to make the change..school is what might get in the ways since im there like 8 hours a day and we eat lunch around 10 or 11 o clock..so would you guys reccomend some sort of weight gainer or something like that that will give me more calories..and what happens when someone stops taking weight gainers..how can they lose the fat and stay at the current weight or size for the next summer

Your Friendly Troll asked: I have been building for a year and a half now, but my chest only gets stronger but not much bigger. My reps would be between 5 to 10 rarely 12, with 3 sets per exercise. Is there any techniques or routines that you would recommend for building chest muscle?

My first question is about unbalanced muscles. I have bigger muscles on my right arm than on my left. It isn’t a huge difference like the burger king ad (I think it was), and I’m sure I can fix it soon, I just wanted to know from somebody who KNOWS the answer (please don’t answer this question if you don’t know anything about muscle building) : to counter this, should I lift weights with my left arm MORE, or ONLY with my left arm until it catches up?
My second question is: what are some good work outs to build abs? I do regular plain old fashioned sit ups, but I wanted to know if there is a better or faster way.
